Dining Services
The College offers various complete and balanced dining options to accommodate the demanding schedules of campus life. The main dining commons, catering, and retail operations are managed by Sodexo Campus Services with offices located in the Clarke Center. Sodexo is responsible for all aspects of the food service operation including employment of personnel, menu development, licenses and adherence to regulatory agency standards. Additional details concerning the operation of the dining program can be obtained by the Director of Dining Services.
We feature a beautifully renovated dining area that caters to resident and commuter students, faculty, staff and guests. The openness of design invites comfort and community interaction. Campus dining offers fresh and healthy options such as Panini grilled sandwiches, stir fry and vegetarian entrees, along with classic favorite locations of pizza and pasta, char grill area, and traditional selections. Food service is available from 7:30am to 7pm Monday thru Friday in the main dining area with late night options until 10pm. Brunch and dinner are available on weekends and holidays.
