Parents
Parents are a vital part of the Mitchell College community. They provide financial support to the College, serve as ambassadors, mentors, and assist other parents by serving on the Parent's Panel as part of Fall Weekend. They help with the advancement effort by drafting letters, making calls and serving on committees.
Other ways you can get involved include:
- Help us identify new and promising prospective students.
- Host an awareness meeting in your home or place of business. Help us identify and reach new support for Mitchell College and its students.
- Volunteer for reunions and alumni relations. There's lots to do!
- Help tell the Mitchell story wherever you go and to whomever you meet.
- Be a guest lecturer, speaking to classes related to your profession or interest.
- Provide internships to students.
If you are interested in getting involved with the advancement efforts at the College, please call the Advancement Office at (860) 701-5068, or email Carol Brown.
